Times change – focus remains
This photo is from the ribbon cutting ceremony for the renovation to the Surbeck Center at School of Mines. This renovation was the hallmark of my time as Student Association President.
The renovation project required a vote by students to increase their fees at a time when the cost of college education was increasing at a rapod pace in SD.
